To start a return, you can contact us at novalharenterprises.in. We will initiate a return request for you. Please keep your item ready for return pickup.
Product Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. In case of COD, we will ask the payment details to you to process the refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. .

Services
We will refund the payments made to us by you towards any of the services the the event that we are convinced that lapses have occurred on our part while providing the service. We reserve the right to refuse refunds on case to case basis.
